Big Pressure Units

All of our bigger pressure units come equipped with two compartment tanks. They range in volume from 5m3 up to and including 10m3, with compartment sizes differing from truck to truck. Each comes with a range of Gardner Denver pumps that allow for pump volumes between 20 and 600 litres per minute under ideal pressures. They have digital see level gauges for tank volumes as well as a Halliburton litre counter. All units are equipped with required safety equipment and spill kits, and can work with pressures ranging from 0psi/0kpa up to a maximum of 3000psi/21000kpa.

Small Pressure Units

All of our small pressure units are equipped with two compartment tanks. They range in volume from 2.5m3 up to and including 4m3, with compartment sizes differing from truck to truck. Triplex pumps vary from the 3517 and the 3560 high pressure Cat pumps as well as high pressure Gardner Denver pumps. Each truck is equipped with digital see level gauges for tank volume as well as a Halliburton litre counter.All units are equipped with required safety equipment and spill kits, and can work with pressures ranging from 0psi/0kpa up to our maximum operating pressure of 5000psi/35000kpa.

Hot Oiler Units

Peterbilt 365 Tandem Axle Hot Oilers

Our hot oiling units come equipped with a Gardner Denver PE 5 Y triplex, allowing for pump volumes up to 500 litres a minute. Each truck comes with burners ranging from 3.5 to 5.0 million BTU’s. These trucks come standard with various safety features such as a wheeled fire extinguisher, enclosed fire suppression system for the burner, high temperature shut downs, as well as pressure relief valves on the coils and pumping lines. Each truck is very well maintained and is run by highly trained and experienced individuals.

Single Axle Tank Units

All of our single axle tank trucks come equipped with an 8m3 tank and a 3” T&E pump for quick loading. Each truck has digital see level gauges as well as all necessary safety equipment and spill kit.
